Do you need access to our YouTube or Shopify accounts?
No. We deliver fully upload-ready assets: the video file, thumbnail direction, title, description, tags, and chapter markers. You control your own accounts. Some clients prefer to have us upload directly — that's available on request.
What makes this different from a content agency?
We're not an agency — we're operators. Vorpal Collectibles is our own channel, running the same system we'd use for your store. The proof is live on YouTube right now. We built this for the collectibles space specifically, which means the scripts, voiceovers, and editorial tone actually fit the audience.
What if I want revisions?
One round of edits per asset, focused on hook and pacing. We don't do unlimited revision cycles — it keeps deliverables on schedule and scope clear. In practice, revisions are rare because we align on tone during onboarding.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within 7 days of the fit call. The Starter Sprint is designed to get you first deliverables in 14 days or less. If we miss that, we keep going at no charge until it's done.

Can I see the actual scripts before videos are made?
Yes. Every script is shared for approval before voiceover recording and editing begins. You can adjust tone, product emphasis, or specific lines at that stage.
